4. What are the costs of delivery when shopping online?
The cost is varied by the regions where we will deliver the product. Therefore, when ordering from our Webshop, please check the Terms and Conditions for the details.
5. How long does the delivery take?
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible in the order that they have been received. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is placed and please note that we are operating only business days and national holidays may cause some delays.
6. What is Card Verification Code (CVC) and how to find it?
The Card Verification Code, or CVC*, is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. With most cards (Visa, MasterCard, bank cards, etc.) it is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the reverse of your card. On American Express (AMEX) cards, it is usually a four-digit code on the front. *The name of this code differs between card companies. You may also know it as the Card Verification Value (CVV), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code
5. What is the warranty policy?
Unless a different warranty period is stated in the user guide provided with your QuietOn product, QuietOn grants a two-year warranty for customers in EU, and one-year warranty to customers in other countries. The warranty period is calculated from the date of the retail purchase made by the original customer. Eartips and cushions are disposable and are not under any warranty.
6. Can I return the product?
You may return your fully functional and undamaged QuietOn product for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items should be returned unused and in good condition, with a completed return form and a copy of the packing slip.
