This page contains the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) on which QuietOn Ltd supply any of the products (“product”) listed on QuietOn website www.quieton.com (collectively the “Website”) to you.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website or ordering any products from QuietOn. You should understand that by using the Website or ordering products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may order products online on the Webshop. All orders are subject to the products being available.
Orders may be paid by a credit or debit card (service provided by Nets), via PayPal or by online payment. Payment method other than the ones specified above will not be accepted.
Once the transaction is confirmed and a legally valid contract is concluded, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address indicated by you with acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and how to withdraw from the contract. Similarly, an email will be sent to you confirming that the product has been dispatched.
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Delivery normally takes about 1-6 working days from the time of placing the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. Should the product not be available within thirty (30) days from the order, QuietOn will notify you via email and you may cancel the order if you wish.
Shipping and handling costs are based on following table and will added to your total purchase.

Our Web Store is not responsible for loss or damage of the product during delivery. We will choose the best service provider to deliver your QuietOn product. All actions from you are just a signature when you receive your package. QuietOn is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. QuietOn also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Returning Policy will apply.
You may return your fully functional and undamaged QuietOn product for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items should be returned unused and in good condition, with a completed return form and a copy of the packing slip.
A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment and currency used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment and currency used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Returning policy applies only when you are ordering from our Webshop.
If the product is damaged or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, QuietOn reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge for any damage to the product and for any missing parts.

Presales items are clearly indicated at web shop. Presales means that You can be within first customers to receive the new items but the items are still under product development and not yet available for shipment. Consequently, the availability date of the pre-sales items is an estimate and there may occur some delays due to unexpected circumstances.
When purchasing the presales items, You need the pay the items when placing the order
Taxes and customs
Product prices include Value-Added-Tax (VAT) of 24%.
All international customers purchasing will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. QuietOn is not responsible to customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage or any additional charges by your local government, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
Unless a different warranty period is stated in the owner’s guide provided with your QuietOn product, for a period of 2 year (in EU) or 1 year (other countries) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, QuietOn’s warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a QuietOn authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damages caused by use with non- QuietOn products; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
We do not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.
To obtain Limited Warranty Service you must return product, with proof of purchase from an authorized QuietOn dealer, using the following procedures:
- Contact the QuietOn organization in your country/region (visit www.QuietOn.com for QuietOn contact information in your country/region) for specific return and shipping instructions;
- Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by the QuietOn organization in your country.The product must be properly packed for shipping. All the parts included in the original sales package must be included. Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the carton. Cartons not bearing a return authorization.
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. QUIETON CORPORATION’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIETON BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF STORED DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some places do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Privacy and Security
When you shop on the Web Store we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you, for instance name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card details and passwords. We use your personal information for the following purposes:
– Processing your orders,
– For statistical or survey purposes to improve our services to you,
– To serve website content and advertisements to you,
– To administer the website,
– To inform you of any new products and updated information.
We do not keep any credit card details on file ourselves. If you choose to save your payment details with us we use a trusted 3rd party (Paytrail, Nets, Stripe, Alipay or Paypal) that stores them on our behalf, and we are not able to access the full card details.
You may choose if you wish to provide us with an email address to receive our newsletter or marketing messages.
Discussions and reviews
QuietOn discussion and reviews are a free service to enable you to share comments about products and services available on our site. This service is available only to individuals older than 13 years of age who have purchased items from us.
What can be posted:
- Ask questions about a product
- Contribute product comparisons
- Look for guidance from other customers who have made similar purchases
- Get advice when shopping
- Share your experience of a product
Do not post:
- Profane or obscene, inflammatory or spiteful comments
- Messages that abuse, denigrate or threaten others
- Text or articles written by someone else, even with attribution for the author, except for brief quotations from a book, article or other product related to the discussion
- Any personal information about children under 16
- Descriptions that intrude on the privacy of another person, including revealing personally identifiable information such as their name or address
- Text that promotes illegal or immoral conduct
- Repeated posts that make the same point excessively
- Repeated unwelcome messages that harass or embarrass other customers or participants
- Any form of “spam,” including advertisements, contests, or other solicitations for other websites or companies; or any URL link that includes a “referrer” tag or affiliate code.
- Do not impersonate another person.
- We recommend that you do not post your phone number or e-mail address
We are not responsible of customer postings. If we discover any impropriate or offending information from our discussion forums we will delete that information.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions by informing you of such changes on our Website or via email. The changes shall apply to any subsequent orders received. We recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions on regular basis to keep track of changes.
Support and Questions
Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through negotiations.
The Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) can provide advice and information on the consumer’s legal position. If a dispute cannot be settled with the help of a consumer rights advisor, the matter can be taken to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or district court with competent jurisdiction. You may also use Online Dispute Resolution provided by European Commission to reach out an out-of-court settlement.
