You can return QuietOn within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund if it’s not right for you. QuietOn is also covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects, 1 year outside the EU, 2 years within the EU, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Foam ear tips are considered disposable and aren’t covered under warranty.
