How do I choose the right foam tip size?
For the best experience, choose the smallest foam tip that still seals your ear properly. A loose fit reduces noise-cancelling power, while a foam tip that’s too big can feel uncomfortable. With the right seal, you’ll notice a soft, even pressure in the ear, your sign of a perfect fit.
How do I replace the foam tips?
The tips are securely attached to ensure safety and performance. To remove a tip, hold it firmly and twist gently while pulling. Insert a new tip using the same twisting motion. Avoid using fingernails or sharp objects to prevent damage.
