Active Noise Control (ANC), Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), and Active Noise Reduction (ANR) are methods where an unwanted sound is reduced by adding another sound specifically made to cancel it out. Our active noise cancelling earbuds use a microphone to sample the sound, and a speaker to create a phase-shifted sound that cancels the original sound.
What is the duration required to fully charge the device?
The charging case is equipped with its own battery, ensuring the earbuds are always fully charged when taken for use. For those using the earbuds exclusively for sleep, charging the case only once a week is sufficient, and this process takes approximately 3 hours.
Can the charging cord be used in different countries with varying electrical outputs?
The sales package includes a charging cord but does not incorporate a wall plug. However, the provided charging cord is universally compatible, allowing for use in any country, irrespective of the electrical output. The charging cable is equipped with the ability to adjust power to a suitable level, offering the convenience of charging the earbuds seamlessly from any location.
Is there an option to customize the level of noise cancellation?
There is no setting for adjusting the noise-cancelling level. The earbuds automatically minimize noise as much as possible at all times.
Does the device come equipped with Bluetooth capabilities?
The QuietOn earbuds are specifically crafted for use during sleep, lacking any connectivity features or emission of electromagnetic radiation. Consequently, our products are not intended for music playback, cannot connect to smartphones, and do not generate any supplementary noise, such as white noise.
Is the QuietOn device suitable for managing Tinnitus?
QuietOn cannot alleviate tinnitus since it is not an external noise but rather an internal error signal within the head. However, the effective noise reduction provided by QuietOn earplugs can serve as a preventative measure against the onset of tinnitus.
