Warranty & Returns
The warranty policy applies to purchases made through the official webshop and authorized resellers.
Soundless provides a 2-year warranty for EU customers and a 1-year warranty for customers outside the EU, starting from the date you receive your order. This covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions, but ear tips are considered disposable items and not included.

If you bought from an authorized reseller, please reach out to them directly for warranty support.
The Soundless Ltd. manufacturer warranty applies only to QuietOn devices purchased on or after August 1, 2024. For any warranty claim, simply contact your original point of purchase—either your distributor or our webshop support team—and they will guide you through the next steps.
If your device doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please contact us at sales[at]soundlesstech.com.
