Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship internationally with limited regional restrictions. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery of 4–7 business days within Europe and approximately 1–2 weeks for the rest of the world. Free shipping is included on orders over €159.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
All orders are shipped from Finland. For EU deliveries, there are no duties or extra taxes under EU regulations. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon arrival, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
What if my country is not supported for ordering?
If we do not currently ship to your country, you may still be able to purchase through one of our authorized QuietOn resellers.
