This page contains the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) on which Soundless Ltd supply any of the products (“product”) listed on www.quieton.com (collectively the “Website”) website to you.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website or ordering any products from Soundless. You should understand that by using the Website or ordering products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Orders
You may order products online on the webshop. All orders are subject to the products being available.
Orders may be paid by online payment options on the webshop. Once the transaction is confirmed and a legally valid contract is concluded, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address indicated by you with acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and how to withdraw from the contract. Similarly, an email will be sent to you confirming that the product has been dispatched.
At present, our webshop only accepts orders from EU countries. If you are located outside the EU, you can still purchase our products through our official distributors. Please refer to our partner list to find the nearest distributor in your region.
Delivery
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. The processing time can take up to 1-3 business days. Delivery normally takes about 4-6 additional business days within Europe.
Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. Should the product not be available within thirty (30) days from the order, Soundless will notify you via email and you may cancel the order if you wish.
Shipping costs
The shipping options and costs are specified on the webshop.
Soundless is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Soundless also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Returning Policy will apply.
Returning Policy
This return policy applies only to purchases made through our Webshop. If you purchased your product from an authorized distributor, please contact them directly for assistance.
You may return your fully functional and undamaged our product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. To receive a refund of the purchase price, you must notify us within this 30-day period of your intention to return the device. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The return address will be provided by email once your request has been received.
Please note that if the device has been used beyond the 30-day period, Soundless will not provide a refund.
A refund of the price of the item will be issued in the original form and currency used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment and currency used to make the purchase.
If the returned product is damaged by the customer or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, Soundless reserves the right to either refuse to refund or charge for any damages to the product and for any missing parts.
Taxes and customs
All orders are shipped from Finland. For deliveries within the EU, no duties or additional taxes apply under EU regulations.
For returns from outside the EU, Soundless is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be incurred.
Limited Warranty
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
Unless a different warranty period is specified in the owner’s guide provided with your QuietOn earbuds, Soundless offers a warranty of two years in the EU and one year in other countries from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser. This warranty covers products that are delivered in new condition, in their original packaging, purchased from an authorized Soundless distributor, and used under normal conditions. It guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover accessories.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damages caused by use with non-Soundless products; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. We do not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.

If the product was purchased from a Soundless authorized distributor, you should contact them directly regarding their return policies.
Liability
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOUNDLESS CORPORATION’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOUNDLESS BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF STORED DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some places do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Privacy and Security
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and our Privacy Policy. We will treat your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below).
When you shop on the Web Store we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you, for instance name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card details and passwords. We use your personal information for the following purposes:
– Processing your orders,
– For statistical or survey purposes to improve our services to you,
– To serve website content and advertisements to you,
– To administer the website,
– To inform you of any new products and updated information.
We do not keep any credit card details on file ourselves. If you choose to save your payment details with us, we use trusted 3rd party online payment systems that store them on our behalf, and we are not able to access the full card details.
You may choose if you wish to provide us with an email address to receive our newsletter or marketing messages.
Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions by informing you of such changes on our Website or via email. The changes shall apply to any subsequent orders received. We recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions on regular basis to keep track of changes.

Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through negotiations.
The Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) can provide advice and information on the consumer’s legal position. If a dispute cannot be settled with the help of a consumer rights advisor, the matter can be taken to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or district court with competent jurisdiction. You may also use Online Dispute Resolution provided by European Commission to reach out an out-of-court settlement.
