1. Can I order by phone?

2. What comes in the QuietOn box?
You will get a pair of earplugs with two changeable silicone covers, which are designed for bigger and smaller ears. A pair of black M-size Comply foam tips is also included. You will get a carrying case that works as a charging case. Charging can be performed using a normal micro USB cable connected to a charger or computer. The charging cable is included in the box, while a charger is not.
3. Where does QuietOn deliver?

5. How long does the delivery take?
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible in the order that they have been received. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is placed and please note that we are operating only business days and national holidays may cause some delays.
6. What is Card Verification Code (CVC) and how to find it?
The Card Verification Code, or CVC*, is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. With most cards (Visa, MasterCard, bank cards, etc.) it is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the reverse of your card. On American Express (AMEX) cards, it is usually a four-digit code on the front.
*The name of this code differs between card companies. You may also know it as the Card Verification Value (CVV), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code
