1. HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS?
Our products can be ordered from QuietOn Webshop: https://shop.quieton.com/. We don’t process any orders via phone or emails.
2. WHERE DOES QUIETON DELIVER?
At the moment, we are delivering globally but there might be limitations with the deliveries to certain countries. Please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns on this issue.
3. WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF DELIVERY WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE?

4. HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
QuietOn Sleep is still in preorder stage. It is estimated to be delivered in June. For more information, please check out the update.
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible in the order that they have been received. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is placed and please note that we are operating only business days and national holidays may cause some delays.
5. WHAT IS CARD VERIFICATION CODE (CVC) AND HOW TO FIND IT?
The Card Verification Code, or CVC*, is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. With most cards (Visa, MasterCard, bank cards, etc.) it is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the reverse of your card. On American Express (AMEX) cards, it is usually a four-digit code on the front.
*The name of this code differs between card companies. You may also know it as the Card Verification Value (CVV), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code
6. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THE QUIETON WEBSHOP?
You may return your fully functional and undamaged QuietOn product for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items should be returned unused and in good condition, with a completed return form and a copy of the packing slip. If you want to return the device, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
