QuietOn grants 30-day return policy for all our products. Are you still valid for this guarantee?
Why do you want to return the product?
We’re sorry about the inconvenience - if you would like to receive a replacement device, please contact us directly at email@example.com, indicating in the subject heading that you’d like a replacement. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
This may occur if the device has not been in use for a while, e.g. when you use the earbuds for the first time. You can try taking the earbuds out of the charging box for a few seconds and then briefly put them to charge, before you try again. Do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

With the correct size earbuds properly inserted in both ears, stand next to a home appliance (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, AC unit etc.) that makes a low-frequency rumbling noise. The hum of the appliance should be significantly reduced. In the same position, remove the earbuds to notice noise level increase.
Also, make sure to check the user guide video, which will help you with getting the best Noise Cancelling possible performance.
Please, make sure you know how to insert your device properly in your ear. Our Getting Started Page can help you with this. Have you tested the differently sized eartips? It’s important that you choose the size which enables an airtight fit in our ear canal.
This is the return form for orders, which are made on quieton.com/webshop. If you have ordered the product somewhere else, please contact the distributor instead. QuietOn is only accepting returns on orders that were made at quieton.com/shop.

Items should be returned intact and in good condition. Accessories are not returnable if the package is opened. Check our terms and conditions before sending the package.
Return the product in the original package carefully packaged and send it back to according to the instructions given by us.
Once you have submitted the return form, as long as you've done it within the 30-day period, you are guaranteed to receive your refund.
Note that it can take up to 5 weeks before you receive your money back (2 weeks for logistics, 1 week for warehouse handling, 1 week to process refund, 1 week for money transfer). You will not receive any notifications during the return process.
