For QuietOn 2, you can switch between the Hearing and Silent modes by pressing the small black button (it is between the two round golden things).     For your information, QuietOn is able to cancel the low and mid-frequency noises from 100Hz – 20000Hz. In other words, the device doesn’t cancel all the noises, just a certain level of frequencies.
