Returns and refunds

Follow these instructions to start the return and refund process.

If the form is still not working for you, no worries and please contact us directly with the order number and reason for return, we will get back to you with return shipping instructions. We are trying to fix this error currently and sorry for the inconvenience. 

    First, we would like to know where you bought the device. From quieton.com web shop or somewhere else?

    Unfortunately, we can’t help you in this case. You should get in contact with the dealer/distributor where you made the order. They have their own processes how to cancel the order. If you purchased the device on Indiegogo, please contact us at info@quieton.com.

    QuietOn grants 60-day return policy for all our products. Are you still valid for this guarantee?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

    Why do you want to return the product?

    We’re sorry about the inconvenience – if you would like to receive a replacement device, please contact us directly at info@quieton.com, indicating in the subject heading that you’d like a replacement. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    This may occur if the device has not been in use for a while, e.g. when you use the earbuds for the first time. You can try taking the earbuds out of the charging box for a few seconds and then briefly put them to charge, before you try again. Do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

    With the correct size earbuds properly inserted in both ears, stand next to a home appliance (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, AC unit etc.) that makes a low-frequency rumbling noise. The hum of the appliance should be significantly reduced. In the same position, remove the earbuds to notice noise level increase.

    Also, make sure to check the user guide video, which will help you with getting the best Noise Cancelling possible performance.

    Please, make sure you know how to insert your device properly in your ear. Our Getting Started Page can help you with this. Have you tested the differently sized eartips? It’s important that you choose the size which enables an airtight fit in our ear canal.

    Please, make sure you followed the steps indicated on our Getting Started Page, which help you getting the best possible experience with your QuietOn device. It takes about 20 seconds for the active noise cancelling to activate after the earbud is taken out of the charging case. Furthermore, this is how you can test the Noise Cancelling performance:
