    Why do you want to return the product?

    We’re sorry about the inconvenience - if you would like to receive a replacement device, please contact us directly at info@quieton.com, indicating in the subject heading that you’d like a replacement. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    This may occur if the device has not been in use for a while, e.g. when you use the earbuds for the first time. You can try taking the earbuds out of the charging box for a few seconds and then briefly put them to charge, before you try again. Do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
