Can I return my buds if they do not work the way I expect?
If there is the unfortunate situation, that our buds do not function the way you are expecting or they do not fit, we do honour the 30 days right to return policy (online shopping). The 30-day return policy will start from the day you receive our product.
I got a notification from Customs! What to do?
You must pay the customs clearance fee if the import product price is exceeded the price limit set by your government. QuietOn is not responsible for customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage or any additional charges by your local government, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you don’t want to pay the custom clearance fee, you can reject the package, inform the courier to send the package back to the shipper and inform us with the status. We will process a refund for you once the tracking link shows “return to shipper”.
