Are the shipping fees included?
Shipping is included. However, please note that QuietOn is not responsible for customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage, or any additional charges by your local government. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

How confident are you with your shipping target?
We have done this before, and both QuietOn 2 and 3 will be assembled on our existing manufacturing lines. We will do our very best to reach the target of starting shipments. The unexpected can always happen, but you can count on us being ready to walk the extra miles to ship your device. Please check our updates at Indiegogo.
Can I return my buds if they do not work the way I expect?
If there is the unfortunate situation, that our buds do not function the way you are expecting or they do not fit, we do honour the 14 days right to return policy (online shopping). The 14-day return policy will start from the day you receive our product.
I got a notification from Customs! What to do?
You must pay the customs clearance fee if the import product price is exceeded the price limit set by your government. QuietOn is not responsible for customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage or any additional charges by your local government, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you don’t want to pay the custom clearance fee, you can reject the package and inform the DHL to send the package back to the shipper. We can process a refund for you.
