The constant clamor of everyday life can leave us craving silence, both during our waking hours and while we sleep. Loud noises, unnecessary noises, and anything that\u2019s remotely more interesting than what I\u2019m doing is going to get my attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter QuietOn 3.1, which has been a godsend in finding silence in the midst of this day-to-day chaos.
