At first I wasn’t sure they would work for me as I have tinnitus. After several tries, I find that when I calm myself they really help block out surrounding sounds, my tinnitus lessens and I get such good sleeps using the quieton. These work extremely well at blocking out the sound of a loud siamese cat on the other side of a door, as well as snoring down the hall, and children playing basketball outside. I got my Quieton’s over 2 years ago and they honestly saved my mental health due to my husbands snoring. After a week of using them I was hooked and I have bought several tip replacements for them since. I absolutely love them and I recommend them.
