Here’s one story about how nights become quieter and more pleasant with our tiny bringers of Nordic Quietude, even when surrounded by disturbing background noise.

“My name is Cynthia, I am 41, and live in Sweden. For the last five years I have been using earplugs to help me sleep with a snoring partner and noisy outside environment. Choosing plugs that blocked out the most noise vs. comfortable fit often meant that my ears were left sore, producing more wax and ringing. This solution wasn’t working.
